About this oil
Adam & Eve is named for the first couple, and people use it to keep two people together as partners. Couples come for it when they move in together, before a wedding, after a hard year, or when work and family keep pulling them in different directions. Often one partner comes in alone, wanting to keep the home they share in one piece.
Adam & Eve is used on Fridays, the day the tradition gives to love, and many people also light it on their anniversary. Its candle is red, with a pink one added when the couple needs patience and sweetness. A photo of the two of them, or both names on one paper, goes under the glass. The oil is red, with a rose scent.
Ways to use
- With a written prayer or photo
- Write both full names on one piece of paper, one above the other. Put a drop on each corner and one in the middle, fold it toward you and keep it under the candle.
- On a candle
- On a Friday or on your anniversary, put a few drops on a red seven-day candle and set a photo of the two of you under the glass.
- On charm bags, stones and medals
- Two lodestones (magnetic stones) kept together in a small red cloth bag stand for the couple. Add a drop of Adam & Eve every Friday and keep the bag somewhere in the home you share.
- In mop water and around the house
- After an argument, or before family comes to visit, add a few drops to the mop water and mop from the front door toward the back of the house.
