Returns and Refunds

This policy covers retail orders placed on atziproducts.com and shipped to you. It is part of our Terms of Use and Sale.

Our policy at a glance

• Unopened items: you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Return shipping: you pay the cost of shipping a return back to us.
• Refunds go back to your original form of payment once we receive the returned items.
• Broken, leaking or wrong items: email a photo to info@atziproducts.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Returning an unopened item

1. Within 30 days of delivery, email info@atziproducts.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with the address to send them to.
3. Pack the items securely and ship them to us. You pay the return shipping. We suggest a tracked service, since we can refund only items we receive.
4. When the items arrive, we check that they are unopened and issue your refund, usually within 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.

Your refund covers the price of the returned items and the sales tax charged on them. The original shipping charge is not refunded, unless the return is because of our error.

Items we can't take back

We can't accept returns of items that have been opened or used, or that reach us more than 30 days after delivery without having been arranged with us first. If an item comes back opened, we will let you know and can send it back to you at your cost.

Broken, leaking or wrong items

If an item arrives broken or leaking, or we sent the wrong item, email info@atziproducts.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or give a full refund for that item, including any shipping you paid for it, at no cost to you. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask, and if we do, we will send a prepaid return label.

Cancelling an order

To cancel, email info@atziproducts.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the return terms above apply.

Wholesale orders

This policy does not cover wholesale orders. Wholesale orders follow the written terms we provide with each order.
