Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information Atzi Products ("Atzi," "we," "us") collects through atziproducts.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Atzi Products is based in Glendora, California.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Inquiry form. Business name, your name, city, email address, and, if you provide them, phone number, type of business and your message.
- Wholesale account application. Your name, business name, city and state, phone number, email address, preferred language, a password, and, if you provide it, your resale permit number. Your password is handled by our sign-in service and is never visible to us.
- Email. Anything you send to us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data. When you submit a form, we record the IP address it came from, to help prevent abuse. Our hosting and security services also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request).
- Account activity. When you sign in, our sign-in service records the sign-in event and the security details it needs to protect your account.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on the Site.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- reply to your inquiry;
- review your wholesale application, verify your business, and approve or decline the account;
- give approved accounts access to the full catalog;
- send messages about your inquiry or account, such as verification codes, approval notices and password resets;
- keep the Site and accounts secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
- keep business records and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that run the Site and our email for us. These are Amazon Web Services (hosting, forms, data storage, sign-in and email delivery) and Zoho (our business email). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- A successor, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only cookies and browser storage that it needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
CloudFront-Policy, CloudFront-Signature, CloudFront-Key-Pair-Id | Give a signed-in, approved wholesale account access to the full catalog | 12 hours, or until you sign out |
atzi_ws | Tells the Site you are signed in, so the menu shows the right links | 12 hours, or until you sign out |
| Sign-in service cookies (on our sign-in page) | Keep the sign-in process secure and remember your language | Set by Amazon Cognito; short-lived |
| Browser session storage | Holds a one-time security code while you sign in | Cleared when you close the tab |
Because these cookies are needed for sign-in and catalog access, they cannot be turned off on the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Because the Site does not track visitors across other websites or over time for advertising, and does not sell or share personal information, there is no tracking for these signals to turn off. We treat them the same as any other visit.
Other parties
The Site loads no third-party resources. Its pages, typefaces, images and scripts are all served from atziproducts.com, so no third party collects information about you when you visit.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless they become an account or order.
- Wholesale accounts: for as long as the account is open, and up to 7 years after it closes, as needed for tax, accounting and legal records.
- Declined applications: up to 2 years.
- Server and security logs: generally 30 days.
We may keep information longer when the law requires it or when needed to resolve a dispute.
Security
We protect information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and encrypted storage at our hosting provider. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else, and contact us right away if you think your account has been misused.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it, or close your account;
- stop sending you any email other than messages needed for your account.
To make a request, email wholesale@atziproducts.com. We will need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Some information may need to be kept for legal or business record purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies only to businesses that meet certain size or data thresholds. Atzi does not currently meet them, but we honor the requests above for all visitors and customers.
We send email only about your inquiry or account. If we ever send marketing email, each message will identify Atzi Products, include our postal address and give you a simple way to unsubscribe, and we will honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is stored
Information is stored and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
