About this oil

Love Honey is the oil for sweetening a relationship. People pick it up when a partner has grown short-tempered or distant, when every talk ends in an argument, or when a new love is slow to warm up. It is used to ask for kindness between two people and gentle words. Some use it to sweeten a mother-in-law, or the whole family.

It goes with the honey jar. Two names are written on paper, folded and pushed down into a jar of honey, and a small pink candle burns on the lid. The oil is pink, the color of tender, patient love, and Friday is its day. Many people keep the jar on the altar for months and light a new candle on it every Friday.

Ways to use

With a written prayer or photo
Write both names on brown paper. Put a drop on the four corners and the center, then fold it toward you. This is the paper that goes into the honey.
On a candle
On a Friday, put a few drops on the small pink candle that burns on the honey jar lid. You can also use a pink seven-day candle set beside the jar.
On doors and windows
When the trouble is between a couple at home, put a drop at the top and on each side of the bedroom door frame.
