About this oil
Love Drops is for love that is already there and needs care: a couple who have stopped speaking kindly, a new romance just starting, an anniversary, a marriage that has turned into bills and schedules. People use it to sweeten things and bring back affection. It is less for calling back someone who is far away.
In Spanish it is also called Siete Gotas de Amor, Seven Drops of Love, and many people put seven drops on the candle. It is a Friday oil, the day for love. Its candle is pink, for tenderness, with a red one beside it when the passion needs warming. It often goes with a jar of honey, rose petals or a pair of lodestones, the magnet stones kept for love. The oil is pink.
Ways to use
- On a candle
- On a Friday evening, put seven drops on a pink seven-day candle. Set it on a plate of rose petals while it burns.
- With a written prayer or photo
- Write both names on one piece of paper, one above the other. Put a drop on the corners and the center, fold it toward you and drop it into a jar of honey, to sweeten things between you.
- In mop water and around the house
- When things have gone cold at home, add a few drops to the mop water on a Friday. Mop from the front door in, toward the bedroom.
- On charm bags, stones and medals
- Keep a pair of lodestones together in a small pink bag. Add a few drops every Friday.
