About this oil
Seduction is the oil people use when there is one person they want to notice them. It is for the start of something: the coworker you talk with every morning, someone you keep seeing at church or at the dance, a first date coming up on Saturday. People come to the counter wanting to be remembered after they leave the room.
Seduction is a Friday oil, the day the tradition sets aside for love. Its candle is red, and some people set a red rose beside the glass. It is for charm and attention, before any promises are made. When the love is already there, people choose Lovers or Fire of Love instead. The oil is red, with a rose scent.
Ways to use
- On a candle
- On a Friday evening, put a few drops on a red seven-day candle. Write the person's name on a small paper and set it under the glass.
- With a written prayer or photo
- Write the person's name, then write your own name across it. Put a drop on each corner, fold the paper toward you and keep it under the candle until it burns out.
- On charm bags, stones and medals
- Before a date or a dance, put a drop on a small red cloth charm bag with dried rose petals inside, and carry it in your purse or pocket.
- On doors and windows
- When the person is coming over, put a drop on the frame of the front door earlier that day, so the house is ready to welcome them.
