About this oil
Run Devil Run is the oil people use when they feel something bad has moved in and won't leave: one problem after another, fights that come out of nowhere, a house that feels heavy after a bad tenant or an unwelcome visitor. The name says it plainly. It is used to run evil off, out the door and down the road.
It is an oil for sending things out, so people use it from the back of the house toward the front door. Many start on a Saturday. Its candle is white, or red when the trouble is stubborn. Once the house feels clear, people mark the doors with Protection. The oil is clear, with a frankincense and myrrh scent, like church incense.
Ways to use
- In mop water and around the house
- Add a few drops to the mop water and mop from the back room to the front door. Throw the water out into the street, not down the sink.
- On a candle
- Put a few drops on a white seven-day candle and set it in the room where the trouble feels worst. Light it once the floors are done.
- With a written prayer or photo
- Write the trouble plainly on a piece of paper: the bad luck, the fighting, whatever keeps coming back. Put a drop on it, fold it away from you and keep it under the candle.
- On doors and windows
- When the house is clean, put a drop on each side of the front and back doors, so what went out stays out.
