About this oil
Horn of Plenty is for plenty in the home: a full table, a stocked pantry, and enough coming in to go around. Money Drawing is for cash. Horn of Plenty is for the whole household doing well. People buy it when they move into a new home, at the start of the year, when the family grows, or when a family business supports everyone.
Its symbol is the cornucopia, the horn spilling over with fruit, grain and coins. Many keep a bowl of fruit or bread on the home altar beside its candle, and put a drop in the corners of the pantry. People use it on a Thursday with a green candle and a gold one beside it. The oil is green, with a fresh clover scent.
Ways to use
- With offerings
- Set a bowl of fruit, bread or grain on the altar and put a drop on the edge. Change it before it spoils.
- On a candle
- On a Thursday, put a few drops on a green seven-day candle. Set a few coins and a little rice or corn around the glass.
- In mop water and around the house
- When you move into a new house, add a few drops to the first bucket of mop water. Mop from the front door in toward the kitchen.
- In your wallet or business
- In a family business, put a drop on the corners of the cash drawer and on the door frame on the first of the month, for the family the business supports.
