About this oil
Money Abundance is the oil people use when they want what little they have to grow into plenty. It is for savings that start with a few dollars, a side business that is still small, a family putting money away for a house, a wedding or a quinceañera. People reach for it when they have planted something and want it to keep bearing fruit.
The custom that goes with it is the waxing moon, the nights from the new moon to the full, when people start whatever they want to see grow. Many keep a money plant or a jade plant by the door or the register, with a coin buried in the pot. Its candle is green. The oil is green, with a fresh clover scent.
Ways to use
- On charm bags, stones and medals
- Put a drop on a coin and bury it in the pot of a money plant or a jade plant. Every payday, add another coin with a drop on it.
- In your wallet or business
- Keep an envelope or a piggy bank only for what you are saving toward. Put a drop on the first bill that goes in, and one more each time you add to it.
- On a candle
- Light a green seven-day candle the first night after the new moon, with a few drops on top. Set your savings book or envelope beside the glass while it burns.
- With a written prayer or photo
- Write what you are saving or building toward, and the amount. Put a drop on the corners, fold it toward you and keep it under the plant pot. Each month, write down how far you have come.
