About this oil
Double Luck is the oil for asking for luck twice over. People reach for it in two kinds of moments. One is when two people are after the same thing: a couple saving for a house, two partners opening a shop, a mother and son both looking for work. The other is when luck has already come once, a raise or a good month, and they want to ask for it to come again.
People use it in pairs: two candles side by side, two coins, two names on one paper. Many start on a payday, or on the day good news arrives. Its candles are green for luck, with a gold one beside it for money. The oil is green, with a fresh clover scent.
Ways to use
- On a candle
- Set two candles side by side, two green or a green and a gold, and put a few drops on each. When it is for two people, each one lights a candle and says their own request.
- With a written prayer or photo
- Write both names on one small paper, or write the good thing that already happened and, under it, ask for it again. Put a drop on each corner and one in the middle, fold it toward you and keep it under the two candles.
- On charm bags, stones and medals
- Put a drop on two matching coins and keep them together in a small cloth charm bag at home. Add a drop to each coin on payday.
- In your wallet or business
- When luck comes once, put a drop on the first bill of that money and keep it folded in your wallet as a request for more. Partners can each do the same in their own wallet.
