About this oil

Come to Me is the oil people use when they want love to find them, or when someone they love has gone quiet. People use it to draw a new love, to call a partner back after a fight, or to warm up a relationship that has gone cold. Most people come to the counter with a name, and sometimes a photograph.

Come to Me is a Friday oil, the day the tradition sets aside for love, and its candle is red. People often set two lodestones (magnetic stones), a photograph or rose petals beside the candle. The oil is red, with a sweet rose scent. Many people light the candle in the evening and come back at the same hour each night until it burns out.

Ways to use

On a candle
On a Friday, put a few drops on a red seven-day candle and set the photograph or your written request under the glass. On a candle without a glass, spread the oil toward you while you say the person's name.
With a written prayer or photo
Write the person's name and your own on the same piece of brown paper. Put a drop on each corner and one in the center, fold it toward you, and keep it under the candle until it burns out.
On doors and windows
When you want someone to come back, put a drop on the frame and the threshold of the front door, to mark the way home.
On charm bags, stones and medals
Two lodestones kept together in a small red cloth bag are a traditional charm for a couple. Add a drop of Come to Me to them every Friday.
